HOPE was started in August 2006 by Rick and Krissy Todd with the purpose of implementing much needed services & programs in Seminole County. HOPE is committed to helping coordinate at the state and local levels of government and every element of the private sector, the Federal initiative to reduce and eventually end homelessness. Their mission is to assist families and individuals who have become homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless by implementing and expanding a comprehensive plan to prevent and end the tragedy of homelessness

OneNow 2007 offered the opportunity for non-profits to come together to network and to educate the public about their work within the community, it was an exciting evening of awareness and action.

OneNow 2008 has expanded because of high demand from non-profits, businesses & community leaders wanting to take part in this event and now covers the entire Tri-County Region with invitations going to over 200 local and international organizations!

OneNow 2008 is focused on bringing awareness to the issues of Poverty and Homelessness and offers guests a family-friendly, casual atmosphere to find ways to get involved in their community.

OneNow 2008 provides a powerful message of HOPE for our local community with inspirational speakers, live entertainment, food provided by an array of local caterers, non-profit networking opportunities and encouraging volunteer initiatives.

OneNow 2008 represents an opportunity for local businesses and community leaders to come together and show their commitment and solidarity in addressing the issues of poverty and homelessness.
